SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is to send your order as soon as possible, depending on your oder size it can take from 1-2 business days to fulfill Monday - Friday Only!
From Monday to Friday (all orders received before 12:00 pm) we will ship in 48 hrs or less depending on its size.
Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm we be shipped on the following Monday.

International Tracking Information:
We do our very best to provide detailed tracking for the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
*Please note that some countries will not be available for detailed tracking services. However, we will do what we can to provide tracking and information to receive your international order.
International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Any international orders may incur a Customs fee. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Any collection of Customs fees goes to your government, not LUNA & CO. Because of this, we advise that you check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

We do not do returns on International orders if you cannot retrieve the package from customs you will have to request them to ship back the order in order for us to approve a refund.

Once the product/package arrives and is in good condition, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and any other cost charged to us for a return.

If you abandon the product at customs in your country, they will NOT automatically return it to us. Please ensure the items are returned to us.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address that do not get delivered properly. We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and/ or there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us. Once delivery is confirmed with our Carrier Partners (UPS/USPS/FedEx) the package is out of our hands.
Shipping Package

When the order is ready for carrier pick up, you will receive a notification via email from us including the expected time of arrival and the tracking code. We CANNOT cancel orders once is packed and ready for pick up.

If you have an account with us, you will be able to check the status of your order in "My Account" at our store.

All orders are checked before shipment. If you detect the absence of any product upon receipt of the order, you must contact the Customer Service of LUNA & CO during 72 working hours after the delivery of the package reported by USPS or FedEx.

You must track your package online or call the carrier service at their customer service.

We cannot redirect packages once shipped (call carrier for help or go online to manage your delivery options)

If the package gets returned to us due to the wrong address or unable to deliver due to business being closed - you will be charged shipping once again in order to ship the item again.

Order exceeding $200 or more will require a signature at delivery as per USPS, UPS, or FEDEX protection shipping program.

Keep in mind our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. If we already shipped the item you will have to wait until it is returned to us in order to do a resend process.
If the product is lost, we do not do refunds unless is our mistake.
INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY
Contact. us right away to make changes. If your order already shipped we will have to wait until the package returns to us.
However, we need you to confirm a valid address.
A second shipping attempt must be paid for by the customer in this case as the package has reached its destination. A charge of $4.99+ (all depending on the destination & carrier you use) must be submitted for the re-shipping fee. (an invoice for payment will be sent to you for this)
If you do not wish to have the product reshipped to you, a refund (minus Shipping & restock fees) can be submitted to you.
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
Please contact carrier regarding any issues or to find out where your package is. If your package was held - we suggest creating a case with them.

Keep in mind - All orders are printed directly from our system with the address provided by the customer.

If your order was delivered to the wrong address, which is the address provided by you we cannot make a replacement. Contact us right away if you are encountering this issue to help you with other solutions.

If the order was shipped to the wrong address that you did not provide in your order, we will open a case with the carrier and process a replacement.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from LLUNA & CO.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may contact us within 72 hrs of receiving the item.
We do not offer Returns or Refund of any items. All items are final Sale.
If the item must arrived damaged or is missing something, contact us as soon as possible so a representative can help you.
Please Email us at lunandcoshop@gmail.com and make a return request. Subject: Return Request + order # and images for any damage items.
Please send us a detailed reason for your request and attach any information that can helps us determine this request.
Depending on the situation you will receive an email response stating the acceptance or rejection of the return.
If accepted - you will receive the information to make a return and a return label will be provided (we do not provide return shipping labels, unless the return was initiated by us for a specific reason) Ship items back with your packing slip inside.
All products must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. ( Provide the tracking information to the email sent to you with the acceptance) You can expect an email respond and replacement within 3 days of our receiving your returned product & after inspection.
Our Standard Return policies applies to all items.
Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt, https://www.lunaaaaco.com/ packing slip, or verification of purchase date).
For an exchange ensure to request it on the email.
